Do you have documents you need kept but don’t have the space? Haven offer long-term secure storage.

Document Scanning & Indexing

Once prepared, our team will ensure your documents are digitised in your preferred indexing and sent to you securely.

Secure Shredding

Once documents are digitised, we offer a shredding service that will come with a destruction certificate

Secure Shredding & Storage 

The paperwork can then be either securely shredded or kept indefinitely at our secure warehouse. All files can be transferred directly to the customer, stored on disk or held on our digital asset management on the Cloud.
